The sale will be made by Limited Tender with International Advertising, following the rules established in the Specifications, approved by Decree-Law no. 31/2020 of 23 March.

Commercial companies (national or foreign) may be admitted as Interested Parties, individually or in groups, if they can demonstrate that they have (a) an airport operator's certificate for ground handling activities, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 51/2014, 17 September (Ground Handling Licensing Regime); and (b) economic and financial soundness, as demonstrated by (i) the last year's audited revenue, and (ii) the last year's audited revenue. 51/2014, of 17 September (Regime for Licensing and Maintenance of Ground Handling Activities); and (b) economic and financial soundness, as demonstrated by (i) revenues for the last audited year, (ii) the consolidated net value for the last quarter, as well as (iii) the total value of reserves in the balance sheet for the last year.

Interested parties who: (i) submit the expression of interest after the deadline set for this purpose; (ii) do not provide the decryption key for the expression of interest within the deadline set for this purpose; (iii) do not comply with the requirements set out within the scope of the privatisation process or (iv) do not submit supporting documents for the information requested in the Questionnaire, where applicable, shall be rejected from entering the qualification phase.
